What we do



Engineering Design Services



We can provide full service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing / Fire Protection design for renovations, or new construction. As part of our design process with renovation projects, in the pre-design phase we generally begin with site visits, and careful consideration of existing conditions. In addition, we review any existing as-built drawings. Our goal is to fully understand the design scope, uncover any hidden issues, and identify opportunities to optimize the cost effectiveness of the design approach.​



Bid and Construction Phase Services



In addition to MEP design, we can provide assistance with the bid process from advertising, to pre-bid meeting, bid opening, and bid evaluation. During the construction phase, we can provide additional services including periodic site visits and inspections, work progress reports, review of pay applications, addressing contractor questions, final inspection, and project closeout. ​



Electrical Load Studies, 30 Day Metering



We can perform electrical load studies to provide a thorough and accurate profile of electrical demand at virtually any point in your facility's distribution system. As part of this service, we can have load metering equipment installed at specific locations of interest, with logging of demand data per NEC 220.87.​



Code Review and Analysis



We can assess code compliance, and recommend solutions where necessary. ​
